Institution Innovation Council (IIC)
Institution Innovation Council (IIC) an Initiative of MHRD for selected Higher Education Institutes. Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India has established ‘MHRD’s Innovation Cell (MIC) to systematically foster the culture of Innovation amongst all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
Aim of the IIC is to create a vibrant local innovation ecosystem. Start-up supporting Mechanism in HEIs. Prepare institute for ATAL Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements Framework. Establish Function Ecosystem for Scouting Ideas and Pre-incubation of Ideas.
The primary mandate of MIC is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students to work on new ideas. MIC has envisioned creation of “Institution’s Innovation Council (IICs)” across selected HEIS.
Institution Innovation Center
Shri R. L. T. College of science is also functional. The IIC developed a college cell for motivating the students.
Motto of the IIC of our college is to create awareness, interest and to motivate the students.
For this IIC took this initiation and felicitated the young Scientists.IIC work to nurture the culture of research among the young minds, to support the scientific temperament and to generate innovative spirit among the school and college students.
