Department of Chemistry in collaboration with IQAC if Shri R. L. T. College of Science Akola, Organized Online Debate competition on the topic : ‘ Is Lockdown Due to COVID-19 is Healing Ozone Layer Hole? ‘ on the occassion of world Ozone day on 16th september 2020.
Total 16 students of M. Sc. II year took part. And all students of I and II year are present with our faculty members Dr. Harish Malpani, Dr. Rashmi Joshi, shri V. D. Deotale sir, Shri madavi sir Dr. Anhali Sangole mam, Dr. Aashish Sarf Rashmi Ingle madam and Dr. Kavita Heda madam and all teaching staff were present online for Debate competition.
Competition Provide a great online platform to students to express their views. Its a wonderfull experience for all of us because college organized such online debate activity for the first time. Dr. Poonam Agrawal ,Head department of Chemistry and organizing secretary of this competition conducted the programme. Dr. Harish Malpani Sir Asst. Professor department of Microbiology guided the studets about ozone layer. Dr. Kavita Heda Asst. Professor Department of Chemistry proposed vote of thankx. The programme was successfully completed due to active participation of students and guidance and support of Our Respected Principal Dr. V. D. Nanoty sir and IQAC coordinator Dr. R. L. Rahatgaonkar.
