Utkarsh 2019-20 State Level Social and Cultural Competition was organized at Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari, North Maharashtra University in collaboration with Ministry of Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State- N.S.S. Mumbai from date 28 Jan 2020 to 31 Jan. 2020.
NSS team of SGBAU Amravati University participated in the competition and Dr. Rashmi Joshi Sawalkar, NSS Lady Programme Officer, Shri R.L.T. College of Science, Akola was selected as the team leader for the competition. About 9 boys and 9 girl volunteers from different colleges affiliated under SGBAU Amt. were partcipated in the competition under the able guidance of Dr Rashmi Joshi.
She had been honoured and facilitated by a Trophy and memento as the “Best Lady- Team Leader” among all the universities of Maharashtra. it is a prestigious thing and “feather in the cap” of Shri R.L.T. College of Science Akola, The Vice Chanceller of SGBAU, Amravati Hon. Dr. Murlidharji Chandekar congratulated with words of appreciation for her hard work in N.S.S. Dr. Rashmi gives all her credit to the Principal of the college respected Dr. V. D. Nanoty and her beloved family members.
